When you are taking medications that affect your hormones and brain chemistry there are bound to be side effects. However, with proper discussion, trial, and adjustment you can minimize or eliminate the side effects of wellbutrin (bupropion). Make sure that you keep track of any and all of the Wellbutrin side effects that you experience and discuss them with your doctor to ensure that you are not putting yourself in harms way when something can be done to decrease the effect. Side effects of Wellbutrin (bupropion)

There are a number of side effects that should warrant immediate medical intervention, including: seizures, irregular heart rhythms, increased heart rate, flu-like symptoms, aching joint pain, hallucinations, and/or a severe rash.
